Payment Is Held Securely
The agreed amount is charged and held in escrow. The contractor can see funds are secured but can't access them.
Work Is Completed
The contractor carries out the work. You can communicate and track progress through your dashboard.
You Approve the Work
Once satisfied, you approve the job. Only then is payment released to the contractor.

Common Questions
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. Landoro never stores your full card details.
Only once you approve the completed work through your dashboard. Until then, funds are held securely in escrow.
If you raise a dispute before approving the work, your payment remains in escrow while we investigate. This can result in a fix, partial refund, or full refund.
Payments outside the platform are not protected by escrow and are against our terms of service. If a contractor asks you to pay directly, please report it to us.
